Food plays an important part in a yoga retreat, it can create conversation, educate and enhance the overall feel of a retreat. I have catered for around 30 yoga retreats, always designing menus that match the feel or style of a holiday, place seasonal produce at the centre whilst being healthy, creative and inspiring.
