The Spring Edition


8th - 28th April 2024   |   £35

The Winter Immunity Edition is a 28 day journey that shows you the beauty of seasonal winter produce whilst providing recipes, tips, ideas and inspiration for supporting your immune system through the darker months. 

Peppered with the bright and colourful recipes you have come to know me for, you will be reinvigorated to spend time in the kitchen. You will be given recipes that are good for you and your immune system and also learn why.

Through the month you will be sent bite sized topics to learn, inspire and challenge you. You will have the opportunity to watch a cook along workshop, as well as a yoga class and to support you along the way there will be video shorts.

To give you a better understanding into how to eat during winter, you will learn in an interactive way. You will be encouraged to bring the information and tips into your everyday life with gentle reminders, nudges and tricks, all with the focus of building your immune system and helping you to feel great.

Make this month about creating healthy habits, positive daily rituals, eating with the season and building confidence in your own health and nutrition. 

​Recipes will include:

Baby spinach Indian curry with turmeric paneer.

Pesto roasted new potatoes on a spring vegetable broth

Spring feels breakfast omelette

and 6 more meals you'll be running to the kitchen for.
